The One Beat Winter Wellness Challenge is a 6-week, wellness-first experience designed to help you feel better in your body and mind — through movement, connection, and small daily choices that add up.
 

This challenge is not about perfection. It’s about showing up.

What this Challenge is (and isn't)...

This IS:

  • A supportive 6-week reset

  • A way to build consistent movement habits

  • A chance to feel connected during winter

  • Motivation that feels encouraging, not exhausting, where everyone has a chance to earn prizes from local businesses. 

This IS NOT:

  • A weight loss challenge

  • A competition against others

  • An all-or-nothing commitment

  • A program built on shame or burnout

How the Challenge Works:

The 6 Week Journey

  • The challenge runs for 6 weeks starting Saturday, January 10th. (We'll have a fun kick-off class so you can meet your team, ask any questions you have about the Challenge, and get motivated!) 

  • Wraps up on Saturday, February 21 with celebratory party and awards ceremony. Bidding for Silent Auction Prizes will also begin this day and go until the next Friday. 

  • Each week runs Saturday to the next Friday

  • All points are tracked through Mindbody app (both classes and wellness activities)

Teams - Your Support Squad

​You’ll be placed on a team of 3 people to:

  • Check in with each other

  • Build accountability

  • Complete fun group wellness activities for pts
     

✨ New this year: The points you earn throughout the challenge are personal and are used for individual prizes and auctions.

​

Teams are about connection — not competition.

​

The only time team points are combined is at the very end of the challenge, when we celebrate the experience together. The top 3 teams, based on total combined points, will receive a Winter Wellness Challenge sweatshirt.

Have someone you want to team up with? Submit a team member request form. You may not be on a team with someone whom you've been with in a previous year (new friend opportunity!) If you don't submit a form, you'll be assigned to a team and we'll notify you by Friday, January 9th.

Share the fun and wellness! Invite someone new to One Beat to join the challenge with you and you get 5 extra points to start out with!

How You Earn Points

You earn points by engaging in wellness — both individually and with your team.

Examples include:

  • Attending classes

  • Completing weekly wellness activities

  • Participating in team check-ins or challenges
     

✨ New this year: ​Class points are automatically tracked in the Mindbody app when you book and attend classes. Weekly Wellness Activities are also tracked by booking them (for free).

 

Weekly Wellness Activities appear on Friday’s schedule (cutoff 9:00 pm), and can be completed anytime during the week.

​

Members are encouraged to track their own points during the week. You can do this by looking at your Mindbody profile under "Schedule." Official totals are confirmed each Monday for purchasing prizes.

How You Use Your Points

✨ New this year: Every participant gets a chance to claim prizes they love — from fun little surprises to bigger rewards — your points, your choices, your wins! This keeps the focus on your progress and motivation, not on competing with anyone else.

 

Throughout the challenge, you can use your points to:

  • Redeem prizes from local businesses

  • Bid on larger, premium prizes (bidding starts on the last day of the Challenge, Feb 21st, so you have time to save up!)
     

New prizes are released every Monday starting January 19th

Claim a prize by filling out a redemption request form. First come first served and based on verification of points.

How to Join

New Members

New to One Beat?

$89 includes:

  • 6 weeks of unlimited classes

  • Winter Wellness Challenge entry

The DEADLINE to sign up for the Challenge is Wednesday, January 7th. We will let you know who your team members are by Friday, January 9th and our kick-off class is Saturday, January 10th.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be fit to join?
No. This challenge is for all levels. You participate at your own pace.

​

Do I have to attend every day?
No. Consistency looks different for everyone.

​

How do I know how many points I have?
Points are tracked in Mindbody and verified weekly. You may track your estimated points, and you’re always welcome to check in with us before redeeming.

​

What happens if multiple people want the same prize?
Prizes are awarded on a first verified basis after points are confirmed.

​

Do virtual classes count?
Yes! You can take classes from anywhere and still earn points.

​

Do On-Demand classes count?
Yes! You can earn a maximum of 3 points per week from On-Demand classes. Workouts must total at least 40 minutes to earn a point. Some of our On-Demand classes are 20–30 minutes, so you would need to complete two in the same week to get one point.

​

To claim the points, follow the same process as Wellness Activities: check Friday’s schedule and “book” the class in Mindbody.

​

What if I am traveling during the challenge?
No problem! You can still earn points from anywhere by attending classes virtually or On-Demand and completing Wellness Activities.

​

Can I get points for doing my own workout?
It counts toward your wellness, but challenge points are only awarded for One Beat classes.

 

Do sauna sessions and special events count? Yes! If it's booked through Mindbody during the Challenge, it's worth a point. If it's not on the app, no points. 

Is booking Wellness Activities on the app going to mess up my class count for class clubs?

Yes, temporarily. After the challenge is over, we'll delete all the wellness activities so that your class count will be accurate.
