Membership Pause Policy
Members with eligible contracts may request a temporary pause in their membership under the following terms:

Eligibility: Pauses are permitted for members on 6-month or 12-month contracts (including paid-in-full memberships).

Duration: Pauses must be taken in full 30-day increments only. For example:

6-month contracts may pause for 30 days

12-month contracts may pause for up to 90 days (in 30-, 60-, or 90-day increments)

Timing:

All pauses must begin and end on the member’s scheduled billing date.

Pauses cannot be applied retroactively.

If a member wishes to start a pause earlier than their current billing date, they may opt to move their billing date forward to align with the requested pause.

Administrative Fee: A non-refundable $10 administrative fee will be charged for each approved pause request.

The same terms apply for temporary membership downgrades.
Important: Pause requests must be submitted by email (hello@onebeatwellness.com) at least 5 business days prior to the start of the pause. Only one pause is allowed per contract term.
Membership Termination Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Members on a 6-month or 12-month contract may request early termination under the following terms:
Contract (Monthly Billing) Terminations:

Eligibility: Early termination is permitted only in cases of relocation, injury, illness, or financial hardship.

Notice Requirement: Written notice is required and must be approved by One Beat Wellness Studio.

Adjustment Fee: If approved, the member will be charged the difference between the discounted contract rate and the standard month-to-month rate ($75/month) for the number of months attended, plus a $50 early termination fee.
Example:

Member on a 6-month contract at $70/month cancels after 3 months:

3 × $75 = $225
-
3 × $70 = $210
-
Difference = $15
-

$50 early termination fee = $65 total due to terminate

Note: Contracts will convert to automatically convert to a month-to-month basis after the end of the contract period.
Paid-in-Full Memberships:

No Refunds: All paid-in-full memberships are non-refundable.

Pauses may still be requested (see pause policy), but the full amount is considered earned upon contract start and will not be reimbursed in part or in full.
We encourage members to carefully consider their ability to commit to the full term before selecting a paid-in-full membership.
Month-to-Month Membership:
May be terminated by emailing hello@onebeatwellness.com at least 5 business days before the next billing date.
