The Missing Link in Core Training: How Your Pelvic Floor & Breath Support Strength and Stability

Join us for a special workshop!

Most fitness cues focus on tightening your core — but true stability starts deeper.

In this interactive workshop, pelvic physical therapist, Lacey White, will explain how your breath, pelvic floor, and core muscles work together to support strength, impact, and movement. You’ll learn why leaking, back tightness, or core fatigue can show up in workouts — and what your body actually needs instead.

This session blends practical education with movement-based exploration so you can feel the difference between tension and real support.

Free to the public!

Spring Equinox: Seed Planting & Sound Bath

The Spring Equinox marks the day when light and dark are perfectly balanced — a powerful reminder of harmony, renewal, and new beginnings.

Celebrate this season of growth with Seed Planting & Sound Bath, a guided experience where you’ll:

  • Plant seeds as a symbol of what you want to cultivate in your life

  • Participate in a guided intention-setting practice

  • Relax and recharge during a crystal singing bowl sound bath.

What is a sound bath?
During a sound bath, you lie or sit comfortably while crystal singing bowls are played around you. The bowls produce rich, resonant tones and vibrations that help slow your breath, calm the nervous system, and encourage deep relaxation. Many people experience a sense of balance, clarity, and mental reset — perfect for welcoming a new season.

This session is designed for anyone seeking balance, clarity, and a mindful reset. All materials are provided. Mats and a blanket provided, bring additional blankets and a pillow to maximum comfort during the sound bath.
