How to Enroll in Classes

Select the CHILD as the one to BOOK FOR. Click on ENROLLMENTS. (Book each child separately, under their name.)​​​​​​​​

Click SIGN UP NOW under the class you'd like to register for. With child's name at the top, choose "Make Reservation for MYSELF" (child)​​​​​​​​
05.
Look for a confirmation email and FILL OUT & SIGN THE FORM. ​That's it! ​​

Policies and Procedures

For month-to-month payments, registration deposit covers the first month of class and your card is automatically charged on the 1st of each month, starting the 2nd month of class (4 total payments)

There are 16 classes per session but not necessarily always 4 classes per month because of holidays. The classes are picked up in months with 5 class or the last month (no payment due).

There will be no classes held the week of Thanksgiving and for two weeks during Christmas/New Years.

1st month deposit/tuition fee is non-refundable.

There will be no refunds given if a student misses a class; however, they can attend a makeup class.

If a class is canceled due to teacher illness or bad weather/roads, I will arrange a makeup class time.

If a student wishes to drop a class and no longer participate a 2 week’s notice must be given by email or text to stop monthly auto payment.

No refunds will be given for classes paid in full. However; please talk to Heidi if student is unable to participate for extreme circumstances. A credit may be issued for a different 16-week session.

Costume fee: $60

Recital fee: $15

Costume fee and recital fee can be paid by Venmo (preferred) cash, check, or online.

Can parents stay and watch dance class?
-
Parents are welcome to stay and watch class from the waiting area. Parents are not allowed in the studio during class time unless invited in by the teacher to help assist their child.

You are not required to stay at the studio and watch during your child’s class. However, young children that need assistance going to the bathroom or are not yet potty trained will need a parent to be available to help assist them if needed.

Drop off and pick up:

Parents are responsible for dropping off and picking up their child from inside the studio space. Students will not be brought out to cars unless arrangements have been made before hand for extenuating circumstances.

Parking is available on both sides of the street in the in city owned parking lot across from One Beat Wellness Studio. Please do not park in the lot owned by Get Found First/SOS Solutions that is on the corner.
