Barre
Build strength, balance, and endurance with upbeat music and feel-good movement. Barre is low-impact but surprisingly challenging, with options to make the movements work for you.
Try Yoga if:
You want to strengthen, tone, and challenge yourself while having fun.

Sculpt Fuse or Cardio Fuse
Want to focus on strength and toning, or add a little cardio to the mix?
Sculpt Fuse uses resistance bands and bodyweight movements for a full-body workout focused on strengthening and toning.
Cardio Fuse adds upbeat cardio tracks to the mix (including kickboxing sequences), giving you a chance to build strength while getting your heart rate up.
Try Sculpt Fuse if:
You want to focus on strengthening and toning.
Try Cardio Fuse if:
You want the same full-body feel with a little extra cardio and energy.

Strength
Build strength at your own pace with a fun, approachable workout that lets you choose the weights and level of challenge. You'll work your whole body with guided exercises and plenty of options to make it work for you.
Try a Strength Class if:
You want to feel stronger, move with more confidence, and have a workout that meets you where you are.
*Look for Signature Strength, Surge Strength, or Upbeat Lift on the schedule.

Aerial Yoga Foundations
BONUS RECOMMENDATION: Ready to try something different? Our Foundations class is a beginner-friendly introduction to aerial yoga. You'll use the hammock to stretch, strengthen, move, and experience your practice from a whole new perspective.
Try Aerial if:
You're curious, playful, and ready to get a little off the ground.
