At One Beat Wellness Studio, our Kids Aerial Yoga programs combine movement, mindfulness, play, and connection in a safe and supportive environment.
Using aerial hammocks as a tool for exploration and growth, children learn more than poses—they learn how to regulate emotions, build confidence, develop breath awareness, strengthen their bodies, and develop lifelong wellness skills.
Whether your child joins us for a summer camp or a multi-week session, they'll experience a program designed to nurture both physical and emotional well-being while having fun.

Flight Club for Returning Students
Kids Aerial Flight Club is a fun drop-in class for returning aerial students to build confidence, practice favorite skills, learn new tricks, and enjoy more time flying in the hammocks.
Each class begins with a mindfulness practice and warm-up, followed by new aerial skills and tricks. Then it’s time for Aerial Recess—a chance to practice skills from previous classes, explore, and play in the hammocks. We’ll finish with a Floating Savasana, where kids can slow down, meditate, rest, and relax in the hammock.
Kids Aerial Flight Club also serves as the official make-up class for students enrolled in a Kids Aerial Session.
Prerequisite: Participants must have previously completed a Kids Aerial Camp or Session (or be enrolled in the current session as a make-up student).
$15 per flyer or Buy 10 Passes for $120 (12 months to use them, can be shared amongst family members)

My Teaching Philosophy
I believe children are born to learn and that some of life's most meaningful lessons are discovered through movement, play, connection, curiosity, and fun. That's what I love about Kids Aerial Yoga—it creates opportunities for children to build confidence, practice mindfulness, learn to breathe through challenges, express creativity, and experience the joy of movement.
My goal is to create an environment where every child feels safe, encouraged, successful, and celebrated. With that, they will learn skills that can support them throughout their lives—how to focus, regulate emotions, manage stress, and trust themselves.
