Your One Beat Starting Point
QUIZ RESULTS: Bring On the Challenge
Based on your answers, it sounds like you're ready to push yourself, have some fun, and see what you're capable of. You enjoy movement that keeps you engaged and don't mind a little sweat along the way.
Here are a few classes we'd put on your shortlist:

High Fitness or Tone
Both classes work your lower body, arms, and abs for a full-body burn. The difference? High Fitness adds high-energy cardio tracks and burpees to get your heart rate up, while Tone leaves out the cardio for a more focused strength and toning workout.
Try High Fitness if:
You want the full experience with cardio, music, and sweat.
Try Tone if:
You want the burners without the cardio tracks and burpees.

StepIt Strength
Step up your workout—literally! StepIt Strength uses a step platform and combines cardio, weights, and toning to keep your whole body moving. You'll work on strength, endurance, and coordination while keeping things fun and varied.
Try StepIt Strength if: you enjoy a workout that keeps you moving, challenges your coordination, and gives you a little bit of everything.

Strength
Build strength at your own pace with guided exercises and weights you choose yourself. You decide how much you want to challenge yourself, with options to make each movement work for you.
Try a Strength Class if:
You want to feel stronger, capable, and confident.
*Look for Signature Strength, Surge Strength, or Upbeat Lift on the schedule.
There are so many ways to move.
Your quiz result isn't meant to put you in a box.
Think of these classes as a starting point. You might fall in love with the very first class you try—or discover that something completely unexpected is your thing.
Finding movement you love is a lifelong journey. Keep exploring, keep moving, and we'll be here along the way. We can't wait to meet you and welcome you into our wellness community!
