Movement, Motivation, and Skill-Building for Teens & Pre-Teens

Boys & Girls, Ages 9-14: Tailored for pre-teens and teens, with age-appropriate workouts that foster growth and improvement.

Full-Body Fitness: Learn a variety of training techniques—strength, agility, cardio, and flexibility—through fun, hands-on exercises.

Develop Healthy Habits: Promote a lifetime of wellness by teaching kids to care for their bodies, set fitness goals, and stay motivated.

Skill Building & Confidence: Boost physical abilities while increasing self-confidence through group challenges and personal accomplishments.

Learn Proper Technique & Form: Master the fundamentals of proper exercise technique to maximize results and reduce the risk of injury.

Endless Fun & New Friends: A supportive and engaging environment where kids will make new connections and have a blast while working out.

Wear clothes for unrestricted movement. Yoga mats and props provided but participants can bring their own if they would like. Light snack provided each day of camp, but come fueled and hydrated. No water filling station available...bring your own filled water bottle.

Add-on Summer Pass: Want to keep working out all summer? Get a Teen Pass to attend any of our regularly scheduled classes for 10 weeks for $100. (That’s $10 per week for unlimited classes!) Email hello@onebeatwellness.com after you've registered for camp to add-on this option.
Teen Punch Passes: $40 for 10 Classes or kids attending class with a participating parent are $2/class ($20 punch pass for 10 classes). Both available for purchase on the app.

Mindfulness & Mental Health: A safe space for teens to explore yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices that reduce stress and promote mental clarity.

Boys & Girls, Ages 9-14: Designed for preteens and teens, with classes tailored to help manage anxiety, boost self-esteem, and cultivate emotional resilience.

Connect with Your Body & Mind: Practice yoga poses that enhance flexibility, strength, and body awareness while fostering a calm and focused mind.

Build Mental Strength: Learn tools for self-regulation, stress management, and emotional balance that can be used both on and off the mat.

Focus on Well-being: Discover the importance of self-care, healthy habits, and taking time to prioritize mental and physical health.

Mindful Movement: Engage in breath-centered yoga to help release tension, improve concentration, and enhance overall well-being.

Mindful Art: Experience the process of “Neurographic Art” a drawing process the connects the conscious and unconscious mind to reduce stress and anxiety.

Build Community: Share the experience with other teens, offering a sense of connection and support in a non-competitive, inclusive environment.

Led by Keshia Polatis, a Breathe for Change 200-hr Yoga Instructor and Certified Mindfulness Facilitator. As a former high school teacher, Keshia loves connecting with teens and helping them learn practical skills that most adults are saying, "I wish they would have taught me that in school!"...things how to have compassion for self, emotional regulation skills, and how to manage stress.
