You’ll have access to the soaking pools and sauna at the beautiful Maple Grove Resort, woven together with thoughtfully curated connection time in our group's own private yurt. We'll enjoy a delicious meal together, plus nourishing snacks throughout the day (no cooking for you!), guided reflection and journaling (journal provided), flow of gentle yoga, and a closing sound bath to help you fully exhale.

What the Day Will Look Like:
9:00 AM – Depart Together from One Beat Wellness Studio
Travel as a group and settle into retreat mode before we even arrive.
11:00 AM – Arrival + Opening Circle
Grounding breathwork, tea, and a simple intention-setting ritual in our group's private yurt to anchor the day.
11:30 AM–2:30 PM – Soak + Slow Down + Snack
Enjoy access to the soaking pools and sauna. Rest, receive, and connect. Nourishing snacks provided.
2:30 PM – Shared Meal + Guided Reflection & Journaling Experience
We’ll gather for a delicious prepared meal and intentional small-group reflection to deepen connection with yourself and others. And no cooking for you today! This is your time to simply rest and be fully supported
3:45 PM – Final Soak, Nature Time, Rest
Soak and relax (round 2)...opportunity to return to the pools and sauna, or simply rest in nature or in the cozy yurt, integrating the day before we close.
5:00 PM – Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath Closing Circle A deeply receiving practice designed to soften the body and quiet the mind, allowing your nervous system to fully reset before heading home.
6:00 PM – Depart Hot Springs
Return home by 8:00 PM feeling grounded, connected, and with your cup truly full.
*Note: though not included with this day retreat, you might choose to extend your stay and book overnight accommodations at Maple Grove (separate cost).
